Exploding Kittens
There's a deck in the middle and everyone takes turns picking a card. Most are safe but some are exploding kittens and if you pull one you're out. You've got cards to skip your turn or force the next person to pick instead. People drop out one by one until one person is left standing. Whoever blows up first usually owes the group something and the group decides what.

This started as a Kickstarter in 2015 and became the most backed game in that site's history, with over 200,000 people putting money in before it even existed. It's sold more than 10 million copies since and it's a standard party game in the US and UK now. Over here you'll mostly find badly printed knockoffs, so we bring in the real thing.
