You take turns asking each other yes or no questions about specific spots and the answers slowly narrow it down. The catch is that every question you ask also leaks something about your own clue. So you're solving the puzzle while trying not to hand the answer to the person next to you. When someone finally commits to a guess, everyone flips their clue one by one and the room goes silent.
